PASI=Psoriasis Area and Severity Index. A measure of how much skin is affected, along with how much redness, thickness, and scaling. The higher the number, the more severe.

PASI response=the percentage of improvement in the severity of your psoriasis. The higher the percentage of improvement, the better.
